We are specialists in the Design, Installation and Maintenance of Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting Systems. We currently provide services to various clientele, ranging from local councils, property management companies, government organisations, to general business throughout our service area. This is currently Wales and the South West.

We provide 24 hour emergency call out facilities 365 days a year through our team of fully trained engineers.

All engineering staff are qualified electricians and equipped with the latest specialised testing equipment, including laptop PC's for recording data, along with control panel uploading/downloading requirements.

We believe that we are only one of two fire alarm specialists in South Wales who carry out their work to BS5839 Part 1, 2002, regardless of claims made by other companies.

Our design team will provide you with a tailored solution to your particular needs at a cost we feel that you will find most satisfactory be it a commercial property, hotel, school, office, or even a residential property.

We are BS EN 9001:2000 Accredited for the installation and maintenance of Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, Nurse call and Access control systems. Also we are recognised as an "Approved Installer" with the NICEIC, the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting.

24 Hour Service Backup

A manned telephone response that guarantees your emergency call will be attended to, with no additional out of hour expenses. One fee for any emergency call.

Scheduled Maintenance

Your equipment is serviced in accordance with British Standards and that of your local fire authority and any insurance requirements. We utilise an industry specific data-base which allows us to tailor a schedule that suits your needs and ensures visits are completed as agreed.

We carry spares for majority of British manufactured products, which ensures that products are serviced correctly.

The Advanced Firetec Certificate Of Inspection

This document is issued after each service visit. It gives you a comprehensive report on the condition of systems, the work carried out by our engineer, and any recommendations made.
