Advanced Firetec provide a comprehensive service that encompasses the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of gaseous fire suppression systems. Brief details as below.
Where protection is required for individual rooms without ceiling or floor voids, self contained pre-engineered equipment can be supplied for installation by the contractor. For protection of large hazards or rooms with associated voids, requiring an engineered system, use our specialist design and installation service.
Advanced Firetec's design, engineering and manufacturing capabilities are at your disposal for any specific requirements in gas or fire protection.
Site Survey
Every project commences with a site inspection culminating in detailed documentation and or an operational method statement.
Flow Calculations & Design Drawings
Pipework routes, cylinder locations and -where appropriate - multi-nozzle systems are calculated. Drawings are CAD generated and submitted for approval prior to installation.
Certificate of Conformity
On final completion detailed "as installed" drawings are issued to the customer along with the commissioning and conformity certification required by LP51 204.
Test Frequency
To comply with BS5306 or NFPA 2001 testing should be carried out annually. However, any structural changes to a room will inhabit its ability to retain gas and re-test must be conducted.
